||Gender|| Is your character male or female
||Age|| How old is your wolf, can either be in moons or in years
||Appearance|| What does your wolf look like. Include fur color, built, eye color, etc...
||Physical Strengths and Weaknesses|| Anything that the build of your wolf gives it an advantage or disadvantage to.
||Personality|| A description of who your character is, and what they're like.
||Fears|| Any type of phobia that your character may have
||History|| Where did your wolf come from? Basically their life story.
||Relationships|| Fill in the below if applicable, and feel free to add more
||Descendant To||
||Mother||
||Father||
||Siblings||
||Friends||
||Enemies||
||Crush/Mate||
||Pups||
